目的探讨睫状神经营养因子(CNTF)对应激大鼠行为和海马神经元的影响。方法采用海马CA1区微注法,旷场试验法,Nissl染色法和细胞计数观察应激大鼠的行为和海马神经元数量的变化及100U、500U、1000U的CNTF对它们的作用。数据以x±s表示,经t检验。结果500U和1000U的CNTF可显著增加慢性应激大鼠的水平活动和垂直活动(P<0.05~0.01),明显减少应激大鼠海马神经元细胞的丢失(P<0.05)。结论CNTF对慢性应激大鼠海马神经元损伤具有保护作用,并可能通过海马神经元介导增加慢性应激大鼠的行为活动
Objective To investigate the effects of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) on the behavior and hippocampal neurons in stress rats. Methods The hippocampal CA1 area microinjection method, open field test, Nissl staining and cell counting were used to observe the changes of the behavior and the number of hippocampal neurons and the effects of CNTF of 100U, 500U and 1000U on stress rats. Data to x ± s that by t test. Results CNTF at 500U and 1000U significantly increased the horizontal and vertical activities of chronic stress rats (P <0.05 ~ 0.01), and significantly reduced the loss of hippocampal neurons in stressed rats (P <0.05 ). Conclusion CNTF can protect hippocampal neurons from chronic stress and may be mediated by hippocampal neurons to increase the behavior of chronic stress rats
