[目的]掌握北京市密云县集体儿童健康状况,了解儿童健康变化趋势,以便指导做好集体儿童营养指导和卫生保健工作。[方法]对2005～2007年4～6月份密云县托幼园(所)3～6岁儿童健康体检的统计资料进行分析。[结果]集体儿童体重增长合格率和身高增长合格率逐年增高。轻度贫血、营养不良的患病率逐年下降。儿童龋齿患病率呈上升趋势且龋齿检出率、龋均随着年龄增长逐渐增高。集体儿童单纯性肥胖的发生率逐年上升。[结论]密云县群体儿童的保健处于良好的水平。但是由于经济水平的提高,龋齿和儿童单纯性肥胖的发生率呈上升趋势,应加强卫生保健的宣传力度。
[Objective] To master the health status of collective children in Miyun County, Beijing and learn about the changing trend of children’s health in order to guide the collective children’s nutritional guidance and health care. [Method] The statistical data of physical examination of children aged 3-6 in Miyun County from April to June in 2005 ~ 2007 were analyzed. [Result] The passing rate of weight gain and height passing rate of collective children increased year by year. Mild anemia, malnutrition, the prevalence decreased year by year. The prevalence of caries in children showed an upward trend and the detection rate of caries and caries were gradually increased with age. The incidence of simple obesity in collective children increased year by year. [Conclusion] The health care of children in Miyun County is at a good level. However, due to the improvement of economic level, the prevalence of dental caries and simple obesity in children is on the rise, and publicity of health care should be strengthened.
