目的:观察汪振宇主任医师自拟逐瘀泄毒汤3号方联合西医常规治疗缺血性中风急性期(风痰瘀阻证)的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合标准的患者随机分为两组,对照组采取吸氧、降低脑水肿、调控血压、抗血小板聚集、脑保护等西医常规治疗;实验组在对照组治疗基础上合用自拟方药,疗程均为2周。结果:实验组在改善病人神经功能缺损程度评分、临床疗效、降低血浆Hcy方面均优于对照组。结论:逐瘀泄毒汤3号方联合西医常规治疗在治疗缺血性中风急性期(风痰瘀阻证)中疗效确切,能明显提高临床疗效,改善临床神经功能缺损程度并降低Hcy。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wang Zhenyu’s chief physician self-made Zhuyu Yufeng Decoction No.3 combined with Western routine treatment of acute stage of ischemic stroke (Fengtong Stasis Syndrome). Methods: Sixty patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted routine oxygen therapy to reduce cerebral edema, blood pressure, anti-platelet aggregation and brain protection. The experimental groups were combined with the control group Recipe, treatment are 2 weeks. Results: The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the score of neurological deficit, clinical curative effect and reducing plasma Hcy. Conclusion: Zhuyu Dredging Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke (phlegm and stasis syndrome) is effective and can significantly improve clinical efficacy, improve clinical neurological deficit and reduce Hcy.
