目的:建立测定胃肠安胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Symmetry C18(5μm,6×150 mm),流动相:乙腈-0.02 mol/L的磷酸二氢钾溶液(20∶80),流速:1.0 m L/min,检测波长:345 nm,进样量:10μL。结果:盐酸小檗碱在2.1675~86.70μg/m L范围内时,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9996),平均回收率为87.88%。结论:HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱含量方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于胃肠安中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Weikangan capsule. Methods: The HPLC method was as follows: Symmetry C18 (5μm, 6 × 150 mm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.02 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (20:80) Wavelength: 345 nm, injection volume: 10 μL. Results: Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (R2 = 0.9996) when the concentration of berberine was in the range of 2.1675 ~ 86.70μg / m L with an average recovery of 87.88%. Conclusion: HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of berberine hydrochloride.
