目的:建立同时测定复方五仁醇胶囊中12个木脂素类成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Symmetry C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;柱温为30℃;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱,体积流量为1 m L/min;检测波长为217 nm。结果:12个木脂素成分分别在0.104~3.12、0.0054~0.162、0.0042~0.126、0.0212~0.636、0.028~0.84、0.0045~1.35、0.01246~0.3738、0.0227~0.681、0.00327~0.0981、0.0208~0.624、0.0536~1.608和0.00448~0.1344μg进样量与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r≥0.9998)。结论:所建立的一测多评方法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于复方五仁醇胶囊质量评价。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 12 lignans in Fufang Wurenol capsule. Methods: The HPLC method was used on a Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The column temperature was 30 ℃. The mobile phase consisted of a gradient of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1 m L / min. 217 nm. Results: The contents of 12 lignans were between 0.104 ~ 3.12, 0.005 ~ 0.162, 0.0042 ~ 0.126, 0.0212 ~ 0.636, 0.028 ~ 0.84, 0.0045 ~ 1.35, 0.01246 ~ 0.3738, 0.0227 ~ 0.681, 0.00327 ~ 0.0981, 0.0208 ~ 0.624, 0.0536 ~ 1.608 and 0.00448 ~ 0.1344μg injection volume and peak area integral value of a good linear relationship (r ≥ 0.998). Conclusion: The established multi-evaluation method is accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for quality evaluation of compound Wulin capsule.
