为提高动物饲料黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)含量检测的精度和速度。针对目前的手工检测模式采用可编程序控制器(PLC)控制系统来实现自动控制。所设计的系统包含AFB1含量检测样品自动处理装置即粉末样品称质量装置、溶剂量取装置、混合溶解装置和检测样品提取装置,以及PLC控制系统流程图和PLC控制接线图等。研究成果已经在某动物检测中心得以应用,这一系统不仅对动物饲料的AFB1含量检测有借鉴作用,同时对饲料其他成分含量的检测也具有借鉴作用和推广作用。
To improve animal feed aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) content detection accuracy and speed. For the current manual detection mode using programmable logic controller (PLC) control system to achieve automatic control. The designed system includes the AFB1 content testing sample automatic processing device that is called the powder sample quality device, the solvent measuring device, mixing and dissolving devices and test sample extraction device, and PLC control system flow chart and PLC control wiring diagram. The research results have been applied in an animal testing center. This system not only can be used as a reference for the detection of AFB1 in animal feed, but also can be used as a reference for the detection of other ingredients in feed.
