提出了预报机床传动误差规律的模型综合理论,以 Y38-Ⅰ型滚齿机为例介绍这一理论在机床误差补偿中的应用。其步骤为:首先分别建立机床长、短周期动态传动误差的时序模型,然后根据自动控制理论由模型预报出机床的长、短周期误差变化规律,最后利用机床误差的叠加性获得总的误差规律。试验结果表明,模型综合理论的应用是预报长传动链机床传动误差规律的良好方法。
The model synthesis theory of machine tool transmission error prediction was put forward. The application of Y38-Ⅰ gear hobbing machine as an example in the machine tool error compensation was introduced. The steps are as follows: Firstly, the time-series model of machine tool’s length and short-period dynamic transmission error are established respectively. Then the variation rule of long and short period error of machine tool is forecasted by the model according to automatic control theory. Finally, the total error law . The experimental results show that the application of the model synthesis theory is a good method to predict the error of the transmission in the long drive train.
