目的:探讨黔南州12县(市)中医发展现状,为黔南州中医药的可持续发展提供参考。方法:对黔南州12县(市)发放课题调查表,并黔南州卫生局年鉴资料进行综合分析。结果:黔南州中医药发展存在一些问题和不足。存在中医院发挥中医疗法、中药服务不足,中医特色不够,中医专业人才及学历结构低下、后继乏人,政府对中医药投入及重视不够,对中医、中医院、民族医政策支持不够,民族医药发掘不足,中医药管理机构不健全等。结论:黔南州中医药的发展相对国内其他地区滞后,应引起有关部门的高度重视。
Objective: To explore the current situation of TCM development in 12 counties (cities) in Qiannan prefecture and to provide reference for the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine in Qiannan prefecture. Methods: Questionnaire questionnaire was distributed to 12 counties (cities) in Qiannan prefecture, and the yearbook data of Qiannan Prefecture Health Bureau were comprehensively analyzed. Results: There are some problems and deficiencies in the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Qiannan Prefecture. There are TCM hospitals to play traditional Chinese medicine therapy, TCM services inadequate, traditional Chinese medicine is not enough, Chinese medicine professionals and academic structure is low, lack of successors, the government investment in traditional Chinese medicine and insufficient attention to traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, national medicine policy support is not enough, ethnic medicine Insufficient excavation, Chinese medicine management agencies are not perfect. Conclusion: The development of traditional Chinese medicine in Qiannan Prefecture lags behind that of other regions in China, which should arouse the attention of relevant departments.
