聘任制在我国实行了六个年头。聘任制给我园替来了生机,使老园焕发了青春。为了进一步深化改革完善聘任制,启动内部活力,我园把选好班长作为一项重点工作来抓。我园有教学人员30人,中青年教师占90%,具有大中专学历的占90%。这些中青年教师有专业知识朝气蓬勃,思维敏捷,接受新事物快,经过这几年的增养锻炼,大多数有“我也能当好班长”的自信。我们在对本园人员结构和心理状态进行了全面、客观的分析后决定将往年的“园长聘××为××班的班长”的做法
