某些社会主义国家改革对外经济政策和对外经济法的最有趣的结果之一,就是在社会主义国家的企业同西方企业之间建立起最紧密的东西方各作,西方通常称之为“东西方合资经营”或“东西方合资企业”。这种经营方式的特点,就是由社会主义经济组织和西方国家的投资者共同集资和共同领导。由于这些合资企业在社会主义国家从事经营活动,这样就不仅产生了经营管理方面的问题,而且产生了法律方面的问题。
One of the most interesting results of the reforms of the foreign economic policies and foreign economic laws in some socialist countries is to establish the most intimate East-West work between the enterprises in the socialist countries and the Western enterprises. The West usually calls it “ East-West joint venture ”or “ East-West joint venture ”. This mode of operation is characterized by the co-financing and joint leadership of socialist economic organizations and investors from Western countries. Since these joint ventures are engaged in business activities in socialist countries, not only operational management problems but also legal problems have arisen.
