弘一法师在书法艺术上的成就为世人所瞩目。他的书法早期脱胎于魏碑,笔势开张,逸宕灵动。后期则自成一体,冲淡朴野,温婉清拔。特别是出家后的作品,更充满了超凡的宁静和云鹤般的淡远。这是绚烂至极的平淡、雄健过后的文静、老成之后的稚朴,恰如他自我表白的那样:“朽人之字所示者,平淡、恬静、冲逸之致也。”文章通过对弘一法师不同时期的书法风格面貌的分析,从而系统地梳理出大师的书法艺术人生的脉络,并肯定了其在中国近现代书法史上的重要地位。
Master Hongyi’s achievements in the art of calligraphy attract worldwide attention. Early in his calligraphy calligraphic originated in Wei, gestures opened, Espresso Smart. The latter is self-contained, dilute Pak Yeo, Wen Wan Qing pull. In particular, his work after his birth, more full of extraordinary tranquility and cloud-like faraway. This is the extreme gorgeous splendid, vigorous after the quiet, mature after the childish, just as he self-assertions: “The word of the immortality of the word, dull, tranquil, rushed the cause also.” The analysis of calligraphy style of Master Hong Yi in different periods systematically sorts out the context of master’s calligraphy art life and affirms its important position in the history of modern Chinese calligraphy.
