本实验对菊茶饮中总黄酮成分进行了定性和定量研究。通过分光光度法测得总黄酮含量为2.0312~2.5632mg/100ml(以无水芦丁计算)。芦丁在0.3~3mg/100ml范围内与吸收度呈线性关系。此方法简便、稳定、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。
In this experiment, qualitative and quantitative studies were conducted on the total flavonoids in Jujuyin. The total flavonoid content measured by spectrophotometry was 2.0312-2.5632 mg/100 ml (calculated as anhydrous rutin). The rutin has a linear relationship with the absorbency in the range of 0.3-3 mg/100 ml. This method is simple, stable and reliable and can be used as one of the quality control methods of the preparation.
