课堂教学是由教师、学生、教材三要素构成的,课堂是师生提升、课程推进的舞台,是老师、学生和课程融合的阵地,课堂因呈现了多元化的快乐而显得勃勃生机。快乐课堂,真的应由“老师”而生,“老师”的所思所感、所言所行,直接影响着课堂的有效性,直接影响着学生的成长与发展。魅力老师定能张力课堂,培育活力学生。所有课堂都充满理性与思辨,但不是冰冷的,应该是理性与激情的智慧碰撞,我们的课堂应该是火热的课堂,是充满生命张力与师生个性魅力的课堂。让课堂贴近学生实际,让学生在自由安全的氛围中不断地学习、启发和取长补短。
