几近死亡儿(Near miss Infant)是婴儿猝死综合征(Sudden Infant Death Syndsome,SIDS)的一种特例。国外对其已进行了广泛的研究,涉及临床和病理等各个领域,病例报告甚多。国内尚乏病例报告。现将我们最近所见一例报告如下。病例介绍患儿女,48天,第一胎第一产,34周早产,出生体重2kg,顺产无窒息,Apgar 评分不详。入院前4天患儿轻微流涕咳嗽,每日仅咳数声,无鼻扇气促,不发烧,无呕吐腹泻,饮食如常。入院前数小时家长发现患儿阵阵面色不安。入院时见患儿一般情况可,呼吸30次/分,心率130次/
Near miss Infant is a special case of Sudden Infant Death Syndsome (SIDS). Abroad has conducted extensive research on it, involving various fields such as clinical and pathology, and many cases have been reported. Domestic shortage of cases report. Here is a recent report we have seen below. Case description Children, 48 days, the first birth of the first child, 34 weeks premature birth, birth weight 2kg, no asphyxia abortion, Apgar score unknown. 4 days before admission, children with mild runny nose cough, cough only a few times a day, no nose gas irritation, no fever, no vomiting diarrhea, diet as usual.
