人与人之间的关系都是平等的,不管你在哪个阶层,不管你富有还是贫穷,不管大人、小孩还是老年人都要相互尊重,不要因为自己处在强势人群之列,就居高临下轻视或看不起弱势群体,对之嗤之以鼻,或傲慢或冷酷,觉得高人一等,满脸的不屑、不耐烦,这样的行为和表现是对他人人格的严重轻视和侮辱。作为老师,接触的都是璞玉般的青少年,他们的思想需要精心疏导,他们的心智需要培育,他们的行为需要指引,一切都处在成长和学习
