本文从增加热管式空气预热器和加热炉全密封技术两个角度对提高加热炉的热效率进行了节能改造分析 ,论述了节能改造的两种行之有效的方法和措施 ,并对结果进行了综合分析 ,为今后的彻底改造提出了建议和思路。
In this paper, energy-saving retrofit analysis is made to improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace from the perspectives of increasing the heat pipe air preheater and the full sealing technology of the heating furnace. Two effective methods and measures for energy-saving retrofitting are discussed. Comprehensive analysis, put forward suggestions and ideas for the thorough transformation in the future.
