本文报道了桥本氏病的针吸活检细胞学及其超微结构基础。桥本氏病滤泡细胞的超微结构变化表现多种多样。与此同时,滤泡细胞的相应形态学表现亦可在细针吸取活检的细胞学中找到。与超微结构对比以后,我们发现在针吸活检细胞学观察滤泡细胞的形态学表现比以前更为正确。同样滤泡细胞的功能状态亦得以很好了解。针吸活检细胞学对病理诊断的价值要比外科手术活检更为实用。由此很多桥本氏病的患者可以免除诊断性手术。
This article reports the Histopathology of Hashimoto’s Needle aspiration cytology and its ultrastructure basis. Hashimoto’s disease follicular cell ultrastructural changes in a variety of performance. At the same time, the corresponding morphological appearance of follicular cells can also be found in the cytology of needle aspiration biopsy. After contrasting with the ultrastructure, we found that the morphology of follicular cells was more correctly observed by needle aspiration biopsy. The same follicular cell function status is also well understood. Needle aspiration biopsy Cytopathology is more useful than pathological biopsies in pathological diagnosis. As a result, many patients with Hashimoto’s disease can be exempt from diagnostic procedures.
