1目的 探讨促凋亡基因 bax在胆管癌组织中的表达。 2方法 应用抗 bax多克隆抗体分别对 2 0例胆管癌和 7例先天性胆总管囊肿组织的石蜡切片进行免疫组化染色。 3结果 2 0例胆管癌组织有 11例 bax蛋白表达阳性 (5 5 .0 0 % ) ,而 7例先天性胆总管囊肿仅 1例表达阳性 (14.2 9% ) ,两组间差异有显著性 (χ2 =6 .73,P<0 .0 1)。随肿瘤分化程度的增高 ,阳性表达增强 ,但差异无显著性 (χ2 =5 .0 9,P>0 .0 5 )。 4结论 bax蛋白参与了胆管癌的发生及发展过程
Objective To investigate the expression of pro-apoptotic gene bax in cholangiocarcinoma. 2 Methods Paraffin sections from 20 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 7 cases of congenital choledochal cysts were immunohistochemically stained with bax polyclonal antibody. 3 Results Of the 20 cases of cholangiocarcinoma, 11 cases had positive bax protein expression (55.0%). However, 7 cases of congenital choledochal cyst were positive (14.2%). There was a significant difference between the two groups. (χ2=6.73, P<0. 0 1). With the increase of tumor differentiation, the positive expression increased, but the difference was not significant (χ2 = 5.0, P> 0.05). 4 Conclusions Bax protein is involved in the occurrence and development of cholangiocarcinoma
