α、β、γ、δ四(四-三甲铵基卟啉)简称为TAPP,是一种超高灵敏度有机试剂,测汞的最低浓度为1.0×10(-8)mol.c(-1),桑德尔灵敏度为1.6×10(-2)ng.cm(-2).在室温条件下锰(Ⅱ)与此试剂的反应很慢,一旦有汞(Ⅱ)存在,则发生催化一络合置换反应.经实验,在pH=6.9,40~65℃催化效应好.试样经硝酸-硫酸湿法消解后,采用巯基棉分离富集,选用6~8ml.0mol·L(-1)HCl淋洗,然后按实验方法,于411nm波长处,测定得到田螺中汞量的平均值为0.0895mg/kg.加入回收率84.8%.
