随着我国工业的高速发展,新技术不断出现,高频这门工艺,已日益得到生产工段的应用,因此,对高频的防护问题,已成为改善劳动条件,保护劳动力的重要课题。高频淬火工艺是采用了高频电磁感应和高频趋肤效应的原理,使工件迅速得到处理,而且劳动强度也有所降低。但在热处理过程中,所应用的高频电磁波除大部分被工件吸引外,还有少量的能量向空间辐射,以及高频振荡机柜产生漏泄,造成了环境的污染,有害于作业工人的身体健康。针对这个问题,我站在北京市劳动保护科学研究所的大力协助下,测定了石铁机床厂高频淬
With the rapid development of the industry in our country, new technologies are emerging constantly. The high-frequency process has been increasingly applied to the production section. Therefore, protection against high-frequency problems has become an important issue to improve working conditions and protect the workforce. High-frequency quenching process is the use of high-frequency electromagnetic induction and high-frequency skin effect of the principle, so that the workpiece quickly be processed, but also reduce the labor intensity. However, in the heat treatment process, most of the applied high-frequency electromagnetic waves are absorbed by the workpiece, and a small amount of energy is radiated to the space and leakage occurs in the high-frequency oscillation cabinet, causing environmental pollution and detrimental to the health of workers .
