目的 观察外源脂多糖(LPS)在水肿性胰腺炎(AEP)重症化的作用及其对核因子(NF) κB激活的水平的影响。方法 用LPS(10mg/kg体重)对AEP大鼠进行干预,并与未干预AEP大鼠和正常大鼠进行比较。在复模后分别于12、2 4、3 6、72h用流式细胞术(FCM )检测了NF κB激活的水平。同时进行胰腺病理分级。结果 LPS干预组中的NF κB激活的水平在各个时间段均有所增高(P <0 .0 5 )。LPS加剧了组织炎性浸润程度,使AEP大鼠发生重症化。结论 NF κB的活化作为始动因子激活一系列的炎症介质,引起胰腺组织快速的炎症反应。LPS可以作为研究AEP重症化的预处理剂
Objective To observe the effect of exogenous lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the severity of acute edematous pancreatitis (AEP) and its effect on the activation of nuclear factor (NF) κB. Methods AEP rats were intervened by LPS (10mg / kg body weight) and compared with those without intervention in AEP rats and normal rats. The levels of NF-κB activation were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) at 12, 24, 36, 72 h after modeling. At the same time, pancreatic pathological grade. Results The level of NF-kappaB activation in LPS intervention group increased at all time points (P <0.05). LPS exacerbated the degree of tissue inflammatory infiltration, so that severe AEP rats. Conclusion NF κB activation as a proactive factor activates a series of inflammatory mediators, causing rapid inflammatory response in pancreatic tissues.
