背动脉及深动脉是阴茎的二根主要血供。作者用高分辨B-超评价这二组动脉在勃起中的作用,总共44例阳萎用双向超声(Diasonic DRF/400)评价背动脉及深动脉在动脉性及非动脉性阳萎中的作用,在海绵体内注射罂粟硷60mg前后记录血流速度及直径的改变。动脉性阳萎组(28例,63.6％)右侧背动脉速度增加37.1±23.6cm/s,左侧增加35.4±17.5;右侧深动脉增加8.3±5.9,左侧12.6±5.6。非动脉性阳萎组(16例,36.4％),背动脉分别增加
Dorsal artery and deep arteries are the two main blood supply to the penis. The authors used high-resolution B-ultrasonography to evaluate the role of these two arteries in erectile dysfunction. A total of 44 implants were evaluated for their role in arterial and non-arterial impotence by bidirectional ultrasound (Diasonic DRF / 400) , Changes of blood flow velocity and diameter were recorded before and after injection of Papaverine 60mg in sponge.
