The Ministry of Finance is soliciting commentsof relevant government authorities on its newinitiative to readjust tax refund rates for someexport products.Based on the principle of taxrefund for exported products,the tax refund forexport of protective mineral products such astungsten,antimony and rare earth,etc.may berescinded,and the tax refund rate for productslike lead and zinc concentrates and magnesiummetals may be reduced.
