目的建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定从业人员(包括蓄电池厂、钢丝绳厂、造船厂电焊工)发铅、发锰的方法。方法参考《工作场所空气中锰及其化合物的测定方法》(GBZ/T 160.13-2004),研究用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定发样中的铅和锰。结果该法测定Pb和Mn的线性范围分别为0~10.0和0~1.0μg/ml,相关系数分别为0.999和0.996,检出限分别为0.08和0.03μg/ml,精密度RSD均小于5%,回收率为93.3%~104%。结论用火焰原子吸收光谱法可同时测定一份发样中的铅、锰,操作简便,准确度好和精密度高。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of lead and manganese by practitioners (including battery factories, wire rope factories and shipyards welders) by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Reference “Determination of manganese and its compounds in workplace air” (GBZ / T 160.13-2004) to study the determination of lead and manganese in hair samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The linear range of Pb and Mn was 0-10.0 and 0-1.0μg / ml respectively. The correlation coefficients were 0.999 and 0.996 respectively. The detection limits were 0.08 and 0.03μg / ml respectively, and the RSDs of precision were less than 5% , The recovery rate was 93.3% ~ 104%. Conclusion Flame atomic absorption spectrometry can simultaneously determine a sample of lead, manganese, easy to operate, with good accuracy and high precision.
