对体外震波碎石(ESWL)后输尿管内留置支架管的作用及放置时间尚有不同意见。作者对18例ESWL患者使用过的输尿管支架管,进行了不同时间内引流效果及使用价值的研究。以ESWI后留置输尿管支架管的患者18例为对象,分为A、B、C三组,支架管留置的时间分别是4周、8周及8周以上。在拔除支架管后即行X线检查,了解支架管的通畅情况及有否微石形成。结果:X线支架管造影18例中,16例通畅,2例管内有造影剂残留。支架管内微小结石情况:在支
There are different opinions on the role of ureteral stent placement after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and placement time.
