本文报道在302例324次同种肾移植术后发生移植肾自发性破裂19例22次。破裂时间为术后3周内,11例发生在CsA减量的交替期。15例破裂前出现典型的急性排斥反应。裂口1～4处不等。5例行移植肾切除;14例行保肾手术,术后3周内尿量及肾功能恢复正常。随访1～5年,保肾患者的人/肾长期存活率与同期移植肾未破裂者比较无显著性差异。
This article reports the spontaneous rupture of renal allograft occurred in 22 cases (302 cases) in 302 cases of 324 allografts. Rupture time within 3 weeks after surgery, 11 cases occurred in the reduction of CsA alternating period. Fifteen patients had typical acute rejection before rupture. Rift 1 ~ 4 place. 5 cases underwent radical nephrectomy; 14 cases underwent kidney-preserving surgery, and urine output and renal function returned to normal within 3 weeks after operation. After 1 to 5 years of follow-up, there was no significant difference in the long-term survival rate of kidney / kidney between those with and without kidney transplantation.
