连铸坯的快速输送及补偿技术是“七五”国家科技攻关课题的子课题。我们针对沈阳钢厂的现状,研制出了连铸连轧转运机械手模型机。本文将就此机的特点,可编程序控制器(PC)的控制及其与液压传动、液压伺服的结合等方面进行介绍。
The rapid transportation and compensation of continuous casting billet is a sub-topic of the “Seventh Five-Year” national scientific and technological research project. We aimed at the status of Shenyang Steel, developed a continuous casting and rolling transfer robot model machine. This article will be on the characteristics of this machine, programmable logic controller (PC) control and its combination with the hydraulic transmission, hydraulic servo and so on are introduced.
