[目的]对比库尔勒香梨3种整形方式光响应曲线和CO_2响应曲线特征参数,评价不同整形方式优劣差异,为库尔勒香梨整形修剪技术提供理论依据。[方法]采用LI-6400XT型便携式光合作用测定系统对库尔勒香梨3种整形方式的光响应曲线和CO_2响应曲线进行测定,并测定叶绿素值及比叶重,分析比较其差异,评判几种整形方式的优劣。[结果]库尔勒香梨3种整形方式光响应曲线和CO_2响应曲线规律基本一致,但其特征参数存在差异。水平棚架形最大净光合速率、表观量子效率和光饱和点均最高,但其光补偿点最低。疏散分层形和开心形CO_2饱和点分别为1 752、1 665μmol/mol,其值远高于水平棚架形。水平棚架形羧化效率和光呼吸速率均高于疏散分层形和开心形,而其CO_2补偿点最低。叶片的SPAD值大小排序为水平棚架形>开心形>疏散分层形。水平棚架形叶面积和比叶重均最高,开心形次之。[结论]库尔勒香梨3种整形方式中,水平棚架形具有较强的光能捕获能力和光合生产力且对光环境的适应能力最强,开心形次之,而疏散分层形对光环境的适应能力最弱,但其能适应更高浓度的CO_2环境。因此,水平棚架形最优,理论上丰产潜力高于其它两种整形方式,而疏散分层形最差。
[Objective] To compare the light response curve and the characteristic parameter of CO_2 response curve of three plastic ways of Korla fragrant pear and evaluate the difference of different plastic ways, which could provide the theoretical basis for the plastic trimming technique of Korla fragrant pear. [Method] The light response curve and CO_2 response curve of three plastic ways of Korla fragrant pear were measured by LI-6400XT portable photosynthesis system. The chlorophyll value and specific leaf weight were measured. The differences were analyzed and compared. The pros and cons of the way. [Result] The results showed that the light response curve and CO_2 response curve of three plastic ways of Korla fragrant pear were basically the same, but their characteristic parameters were different. The maximum net photosynthetic rate, apparent quantum yield and light saturation point of horizontal scaffolding were the highest, but the light compensation point was the lowest. The saturation points of evacuation layered and happy shaped CO_2 were 1 752 and 1 665 μmol / mol, respectively, much higher than that of horizontal scaffolding. Horizontal scaffolding carboxylation efficiency and photorespiration rate were higher than the evacuation layered and happy shape, and its CO 2 compensation point lowest. The SPAD value of leaves is ranked in the order of horizontal scaffolding> happy heart> evacuation delamination. Horizontal scaffolding shaped leaf area and specific leaf weight are the highest, followed by happy shape. [Conclusion] Among the three plastic forms of Korla fragrant pear, the horizontal scaffolding had the ability of light harvesting and photosynthetic productivity and had the strongest adaptability to the light environment, followed by the happy one, while the evacuated layered form of the light environment The weakest adaptability, but it can adapt to a higher concentration of CO2 environment. Therefore, the horizontal scaffolding shape is the best. In theory, the potential for high yield is higher than the other two kinds of shaping methods, while the evacuation stratification is the worst.
