以钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)为钛源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了介孔TiO_2。采用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和N_2吸附脱附对介孔TiO_2进行表征。结果表明,低于500℃煅烧,制备出的介孔TiO_2晶型为锐钛矿型,比表面积达283.32m~2/g,最可几孔径在3.5nm左右,孔体积0.422cm3/g;550℃煅烧制备的介孔TiO_2比表面积下降,并出现金红石型结构。
Mesoporous TiO_2 was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) as titanium source and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as templating agent. The mesoporous TiO 2 was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and N 2 adsorption desorption. The results show that the prepared mesoporous TiO_2 crystal is anatase type, the specific surface area is 283.32m 2 / g, the most probable pore size is about 3.5nm and the pore volume is 0.422cm 3 / g. ℃ mesoporous TiO 2 prepared by the specific surface area decreased, and the rutile structure.
