一、非智力因素的概念非智力因素的培养有助于后天智慧的塑造。从某种程度上来讲,非智力因素与智力因素关系密切。从大的框架上来说,非智力因素由人的心理、生理等因素组成,而从小范围上来说,非智力因素具体则是指人的兴趣爱好以及性格意志等等。人的行为主要受到智力因素与非智力因素这两方面的影响。
First, the concept of non-intellectual factors Cultivation of non-intellectual factors contribute to the shaping of acquired wisdom. To some extent, non-intellectual factors and intellectual factors are closely related. From a large framework, non-intellectual factors are composed of human psychology, physiology and other factors, and from a small scale, non-intelligence factors specifically refers to people’s interests and hobbies as well as personality and so on. Human behavior is mainly affected by both intellectual and non-intellectual factors.
