1987年12月21日,我市电业局SHW240—70/95型强制循环热水锅炉发生爆管事故,被迫停止运行。该炉自投入运行至事故发生仅仅五十天。一、锅炉自然概况:该炉由1987年9月出厂,额定供热量为2.8MW,额定出水温度为96℃,额定回水温度为70℃。水循环分为三段,第一段为水冷壁;第二段为第一对流管束;第三段为第二对流管束。其水流程如图1所示:注:4、8是上锅筒,在锅筒内装有隔板,
On December 21, 1987, the SHW240-70 / 95 forced circulation hot water boiler in our city electric power bureau burst pipe accident and was forced to stop running.
