1989年3月,我局一台HG220/100—5型锅炉一级对流过热器发生爆管,经检查另有八个管段也存在不同程度的过热现象。因此,根据该炉的实际运行情况,对过热器爆管及过热现象的原因分析如下:一、设备概况及损坏的情况该炉为HG220/100—5型,过热蒸汽压力9.8M Pa(100kgf/cm~2),过热蒸汽温度540℃。过热器由辐射式炉顶过热器、半辐射屏式过热器、对流过热器和包墙管四部分组成。对流过热器沿烟气流动方向分为第一级和第二级两部分。第一级垂直布置在水平烟道中,第二级水平布置在尾部竖井内。蒸汽由汽包进入
