日前,住房和城乡建设部城市轨道交通工程质量安全专家委员会成立大会暨第一次全体会议在京举行,副部长郭允冲出席并讲话。郭允冲指出,当前我国城市轨道交通工程质量安全形势总体稳定,但仍然比较严峻,因此必须采取多种措施,切实加强轨道交通工程质量安全管理。成立城市轨道交通工程质量安全专家委员会,就是为了充分发挥专家的作用,发挥专家的技术、管理特长,共同为提高城市轨道交通工程质量安全管理水平贡献智慧和力量。

Therefore, various measures must be taken to effectively improve the quality and safety management of rail transit projects. The establishment of the Expert Committee on Quality and Safety of Urban Rail Transit Engineering aims at giving full play to the role of experts and giving full play to the expertise and management expertise of experts in order to contribute wisdom and strength to the improvement of the quality and safety management of urban rail transit projects.
