本文采用氚自射线照相法及接头充氢后释放规律的观察,研究了用Cr20Ni10Mn6型焊条焊接珠光体类钢时氢的扩散及分布规律。利用高碳钢淬火试样及淬火后充氢试样的拉伸试验,研究了高碳钢淬硬组织对氢和应力的敏感性。探讨了Cr20Ni10Mn6/高碳钢接头中不同部位形成裂纹的性质、产生原因和防止措施。所得结论,为正确选用焊条及制定高碳钢的焊接工艺提供了试验和理论依据。
In this paper, tritium self-radiography and the law of release after hydrogen charging was observed. The diffusion and distribution of hydrogen in the welding of pearlite steels with Cr20Ni10Mn6 electrode were studied. Using high-carbon steel quenched samples and hydrogen-hardened samples after the tensile test, the high-carbon steel hardened organization of hydrogen and stress sensitivity. The formation of cracks in different parts of Cr20Ni10Mn6 / high carbon steel joint, the causes and preventive measures were discussed. The conclusions obtained provide the experimental and theoretical basis for the correct choice of welding rod and the development of high carbon steel welding process.
