100例脑底动脉环测量的结果表明在国人脑底动脉环中出现线状异常(交通动脉外径<0.5mm,其余动脉外径<1.0mm)动脉的占20%(20例);各动脉长度变异系数最大者为前交通动脉(39.92),直径变异系数最大者为右后交通动脉(40.32),其次为左后交通动脉(36.94)(表3);构成脑底动脉环的各对动脉的长度间没有显著差异,但其外径多数左侧大于右侧,并且有显著差异;大脑后动脉与后交通动脉的外径间成反比关系。此外,本文还讨论了脑底动脉环的机能意义及动脉环异常的临床意义。
