一 企业实行承包制后,打破了企业吃国家大锅饭的现象,而要强化企业的经营机制,重要的是要解决企业内部利益分配上的平均主义。划小企业内部的核算单位,运用经济核算与经济责任制相结合的办法,有利于调动企业内部各级人员的积极性,打破部门吃企业大锅饭,有利于发展生产力,提高企业的经济效益。
After the enterprise implemented the contracting system, it broke the phenomenon that the enterprise ate the country’s big pot of rice. However, to strengthen the operating mechanism of the enterprise, it is important to solve the egalitarianism in the distribution of internal interests of the enterprise. The use of a combination of economic accounting and economic accountability in the planning of small enterprises’ internal accounting units is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees at all levels within the company, breaking the pot of food eaten by the departments, facilitating the development of productivity, and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.
