高职院校学生档案是学生在校学习生活以及进行社会实践等的记录。完善学生档案工作,对于做好高职院校毕业生就业工作具有积极作用。笔者对宁波经济技术开发区数字科技园的30家企业进行调研后发现,企业招录高职院校毕业生时,迫切希望从学生档案中了解学生的思想道德、实践能力、课外技能、实习经历等情况,但当前高职院校学生档案并不能满足企业的这些需求。这种状况应充分引起高职院校的关注,笔者就此谈点分析和思考。
The student archives of higher vocational colleges are records of student’s studying life and conducting social practice in school. Improving student archives work has a positive effect on the employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges. When I surveyed 30 enterprises in the Digital Technology Park of Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone, I found that when enterprises recruit graduates of higher vocational colleges, they are eager to understand the students’ ideological and moral skills, practical skills, extracurricular skills and internship experience from the student archives However, the current student files in vocational colleges do not meet the needs of enterprises. This situation should be fully aroused the concern of vocational colleges, the author talk about this point analysis and thinking.
