萘普生(naproxen,甲氧萘丙酸),为一新型的强效非甾体消炎镇痛药,临床使用为其钠盐。国外大量的研究资料表明,本品可用于类风湿性关节炎、急性痛风性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、骨关节炎、运动系退行性疾病及痛经的治疗。其特点为疗效高、副作用少而轻、耐受性好。1975年Huskisson首先选择本品作为治疗类风湿性关节炎的首选药物,疗效肯定。国内试用于风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎及头痛、发热等症113例,有效率达87.6％。
Naproxen (naproxen, naproxen), is a new type of potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, the clinical use of its sodium salt. A large number of foreign research data show that the product can be used for rheumatoid arthritis, acute gouty arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, motor degenerative diseases and dysmenorrhea treatment. It is characterized by high efficacy, less side effects and light, well tolerated. 1975 Huskisson first choice of this product as the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis drug of choice, positive effect.
