紫云英是一种高产、优质、投能、投资少而效益较大的豆科绿肥、饲料作物。尤溪、建瓯、光泽等县高产田都出现亩产鲜草5000公斤,计其茎叶含氮素可达20～25公斤,并富含磷钾肥,确是解决我省肥料和饲料不足的一条重要途径。我省农业部门对此十分重视,今冬全省计划播种150万亩。但是目前一般亩产只有500～1000公斤,因此,它具有极大的增产潜力。为此,根据我省情况,提出紫云英播种与苗期管理的几点意见。
