甜菜是我国重要的糖料作物之一。1987年3月我们用种子进行组织培养,繁殖了大量的再生植株。先将种子取出进行常规消毒,接种在MS培养基中,约经20天形成无菌苗。将小苗接种在MS附加6-苄基嘌呤0.1—0.5毫克/升+0.4%蔗糖+0.15%琼脂的培养基上。以后有三种情况:①出现白色的愈伤组织,经继代培养后,形成不定芽。②从小苗的叶柄和中脉上形成丛生不定芽。③腋芽的基部膨大,直接形成芽原基产生不定芽,经继代培养,能得到大量
