形象是指在一定时期和一定环境下。主体对客体及其行为所产生的各种感知、印象、看法、认识和感情的综合体现。而所谓质量形象,就是指在一定时期和环境下,用户对企业产品质量所产生的各种感知、印象、看法、认识和感情的综合体现。 随着经济的发展,良好的质量形象已经成为企业能否立足于市场,能否在激烈的竞争中保持不败的决定性条件,人们称质量形象是企业的无形财富和宝贵的资源。因此,我们应当重视和研究质量形象问题,下面从质量形象的构成和特点两方面来谈谈质量形
