在所有的词典当中,“孩子”应当是我们心中最柔弱、最挚爱的两个字。随着时代和社会的发展,幼儿教育也越来越受到重视,为孩子提供获得快乐、体验成功的物质和精神环境也就相应成为我们教育者的责任。然而,现实中往往成人认为最无味、最不可思议的事,恰恰又是孩子们最喜爱、最投入的。因此我觉得:作为幼儿教师应该站在孩子的立场上,注重建立良好的师生关系,让孩子有快乐的童心,增强自信,健康向上地成长,是非常重要
