目的:探索新形势下的婚前医学检查(简称婚检)服务模式,评价政府出资免费婚检的效果。方法:政府出资免费婚检,多部门配合,提高婚检服务质量。结果:政府出资免费婚检运行两年来,营口地区平均婚检率达71.80%,其中市区婚检率为97.19%,免费婚检效果明显。结论:政府主导、多部门协作、综合推进是婚检工作健康发展的方向。
Objective: To explore the pre-marital medical examination under the new situation (referred to as premarital) service model, to evaluate the effect of government-funded free premarital examination. Methods: Government-funded free pre-marital examination, multi-sectoral cooperation and improve the quality of premarital examination. Results: In the two years since the government funded the free premarital examination, the average premarital examination rate in Yingkou reached 71.80%, of which the rate of premarital examination in urban areas was 97.19%. The effect of free premarital examination was obvious. Conclusion: Government-led, multisectoral cooperation and comprehensive promotion are the directions for the healthy development of premarital examination.
