输尿管良性肿瘤比较少见,而良性纤维性息肉文献报告更为少见。我院自1960年至今仅见一例,且为罕见的巨大输尿管息肉,现报告如下。 患者孙××,女,28岁。主诉为右腰部反复疼一痛,血尿一年余而入院。病人于一年前无诱因突然右腰部剧烈疼痛,阵发性加剧,恶心呕吐,不能平卧,并出现肉眼全程血尿。经对症治疗5天后疼痛缓解,肉眼血尿消失。一年来经常右腰部及右侧腹部胀痛,时有剧烈绞痛发作,但末再出现肉眼血尿。体格检查:T:36.8℃。P:64次。BP120/80。发育
