对于男性征肾上腺肿瘤能引起严重高血压普遍地认识不足。本报告强调严重而可逆的高血压能够由这种新生物引起。病例报告一个男孩病前是健康的,5岁时其声调变粗,出现座疮,体毛增多,肌肉发达和外生殖器增大。检查时有明显男性征和高血压(150/100毫米汞柱)实验室检查提示21-羟化酶缺乏。肾脏方面检查显示尿血清肌酐浓度、静脉肾盂造影和肾动脉造影均正常。入院时血压188/126毫米汞柱,男性征明显,眼底有轻度高血压改变。但无心脏肥大证据,体检时也未发现其他异常。尿中的香草基杏仁酸和3-甲氧基肾上腺素浓度、血浆肾素活性和电解质浓度均正常。骨
Adverse symptoms of adrenal tumors in men can cause serious hypertension. This report emphasizes that severe and reversible hypertension can be caused by this new organism. Case Report A boy is healthy before he becomes ill. At age 5, his tone is thick, there is an increase in acne, body hair, muscularity and external genitalia. Check obvious male signs and high blood pressure (150/100 mm Hg) Laboratory tests suggest 21-hydroxylase deficiency. Kidney examination showed urinary serum creatinine concentration, intravenous pyelography and renal artery angiography were normal. Blood pressure 188/126 mm Hg admission, significant male signs, fundus mild hypertension change. But no evidence of cardiac hypertrophy, physical examination did not find other abnormalities. Vanillin and 3-methoxyphenol concentrations in urine, plasma renin activity and electrolyte concentrations were normal. bone
