我厂采用自然干燥,轮窑焙烧工艺生产烧结普通粘土砖,配备两道搅拌,一次挤出成型简陋设备.建厂十几年来,在砖坯生产线上采用了两条上料皮带输送机和1条回泥皮带输送机.由于输送机掉料粘辊,造成输送机尾辊粘泥而增粗变形,出现输送机受料部位抬高,输送带刮料斗底部磨损输送带表面;并且改变了输送机两侧行程距离,使输送带跑偏,边部与输送机框架磨擦,引起输送带边都磨损;同时也减少了尾辊与地沟表面的距离,输送机载回的泥料清理稍不及时,就出现堵塞、卡死.为了预防这种情况,须常停机扣辊,不但影响砖坯成型生产,而且出现了输送带1年飞边,两年减宽,3年更添,班班停机扣辊的情况.长期下去,既影响砖坯产量,又增加材料消耗,提高产品成本,同时还增加了操作工人的劳动强度.
