本文分析我院1980～1986年间1000例肾活检(IVP 法263例,B 超法737例)术后副作用及并发症。手术成功率99.2%。术后肉眼血尿IVP 法2.1%,B 超法18.2%;提示肾包膜血肿临床表现者IVP 法18.6%,B 超法2.7%,术后SCr 上升IVP 法2.67%,B 超法0.08%;尿潴留IVP6.5%,B 超法1.8%,均未行特殊处理,5例因术后出血、血色素下降而输血,其中3例行手术缝合肾脏。本组无1例死亡或肾切除。
This article analyzes 1000 cases of renal biopsy in our hospital from 1980 to 1986 (IVP 263, B 737) postoperative side effects and complications. Surgical success rate of 99.2%. Postoperative gross hematuria IVP method 2.1%, B ultrasonography 18.2%; prompted renal capsule hematoma clinical manifestations by IVP 18.6%, B super 2.7%, postoperative SCr increased IVP 2.67%, B ultrasound 0.08%; urine Retention of IVP6.5%, 1.8% B super-law, were not under special treatment, 5 cases of postoperative bleeding, hemoglobin decreased blood transfusion, of which 3 cases of surgical suture the kidney. No case of death or nephrectomy in this group.
