以往的高职教育往往只注重学生科学知识的学习,而忽略了学生的思想道德、创新能力、完美人格等方面的培养。基于国家和企业对高职人才的需求,隐性课程在学生综合素质培养方面的作用越来越重要。阐述了隐性课程的内涵特征和当前隐性课程发展的现状,分析了在高职院校中进行隐性课程建设的重要性,并给出了在高职院校构建隐性课程的一般方法。
In the past, higher vocational education tended to focus only on learning of students ’scientific knowledge, while neglecting students’ cultivation of morality, innovative ability and perfect personality. Based on the demand of the state and enterprises for higher vocational talents, the role of hidden curriculum in the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality is more and more important. Expounds the connotation characteristics of implicit courses and the current development of implicit courses, analyzes the importance of implicit courses construction in higher vocational colleges, and gives the general methods of constructing implicit courses in higher vocational colleges .
