自1943年中国保险公司(简称“中保”)总管理处在抗日陪都——重庆正式成立,至1955年合并到中国人民保险总公司,前后12年经历了抗日、解放和建国三个历史阶段.自1980年恢复国内保险业务,筹建人保陕西省分公司至今,前后14年经历了恢复、发展和竞争三个阶段.两相对比,给我印象深刻的是两者管理机制大相径庭.回忆“中保”总管理处的管理机制,对当前体改中寻求适合市场经济的机制,“古为今用”不无裨益.
Since 1943, the general manager of the China Insurance Company (“CPIC”) was formally established in Chongqing, the capital of the Anti-Japanese War. It was merged with the People’s Insurance Corporation of China until 1955 and has experienced three historical stages of resistance, liberation and founding of the nation Since the restoration of the domestic insurance business in 1980 and the establishment of the Shaanxi Provincial Branch of PICC, the two phases have undergone three phases of recovery, development and competition in the past 14 years, impressing me with their very different management mechanisms.
