目的:观察C型肉毒梭菌毒素对小白鼠的LD50及现场灭鼠效果。方法:毒力测定采用定量药液灌胃法;用粉迹法调查鼠密度,计算灭鼠率。结果:该药在25℃、30℃、35℃放置48小时,对小白鼠的LD50分别为00891±00473、01363±00597和01712±00652ml/kg;现场试验,昼最高气温20~25℃,夜最低气温15~18℃,3个试点村的灭鼠率分别为9108%、8941%、8804%。结论:C型肉毒梭菌毒素的毒力甚强,适宜在我国南方地区推广使用
Objective: To observe the LD50 of C. botulinum toxin C and its anti-rat effect in mice. Methods: Toxicity was determined by the method of gavage; gavage method was used to investigate the density of mice and the rodent rate was calculated. Results: The LD50 of the drug was 08991 ± 00473, 01363 ± 0057 and 01712 ± 00652ml / kg for 48 hours at 25 ℃, 30 ℃ and 35 ℃, respectively. Field experiments showed that the daily maximum temperature was 20-25 ℃ and night minimum temperature was 15-18 ℃. The rodent control rates of the three pilot villages were 9108%, 8941% and 8804% respectively. Conclusion: Clostridium botulinum type C toxin is very virulent and suitable for popularization in southern China
